Mike Harper has over 20 years experience at senior level in roles including director, chairman and chief executive officer, with national and global remits.
In addition he has both chaired and participated on various industry boards, committees, panels and working groups at national and european level with organisations including BSI (British Standards Institute), EOTA (European Organisation for Technical Assessment), BBA (British Board of Agrement), National Highways and the Road Surface Treatments Association (RSTA).

Committees
It may be the case that you really feel you should represent your views on industry committees, but you may be too busy to do so, or not have a suitable representative within your business.
Mike Harper is well known at national committee level within the highways sector in the UK, and has been involved for up to 15 years with organisations such as the BSI (British Standards institute), the BBA (British Board of Agreement) and National Highways, both as a committee member and as chairman or working groups.

Event organisers are often keen to find captivating subjects delivered by passionate and experienced public speakers.
